By doing comission with me you automatically agree with the terms below.

1. USAGE RIGHTS ➜● Personal Use Only: Commissions are for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, products, or resale) unless commercial rights are purchased separately.● AI Restrictions: The commissioned artwork may not be uploaded to any AI generation tool or platform that produces AI-generated art.● No Alterations: You may not edit, trace, or claim ownership of the artwork. Proper credit (@Starkuss_Art) must be given if posted publicly.● Commercial Use: If you wish to use the commission for commercial purposes, you must purchase commercial rights separately.2. COMMISSION PROCESS ➜● I will not replicate other art styles—commissions will be done exclusively in my style; however, an additional fee can be negotiated.● You may request updates, but please do not rush me.TURNAROUND TIME● The estimated turnaround time is 1 to 3 months, depending on complexity, personal matters, and my queue.

● Priority Option: If you need your commission faster, you can pay an additional 20% for priority service.3. REVISIONS & SERVICE FEES ➜● Changes can only be made during the sketch phase.● Once the painting & rendering process begins, any significant additional changes will incur a $25 fee.4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS ➜● Work will begin only after full payment is received.● 100% refund if the commission has not yet started.● 50% refund if canceled during the sketch phase.● No refunds once the lineart stage has begun.● If I need to cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.5. USAGE REVOCATION ➜● If I find that my artwork is being used in violation of these terms, I reserve the right to revoke your permission to use it.● In such cases, a partial reimbursement may be issued, depending on the duration and severity of the violation.

Ao fazer uma comissão comigo, você concorda automaticamente com os termos abaixo.

● Uso pessoal apenas, você não pode usar para fins comerciais (camisetas, produtos, vendas, etc.).● Você não pode enviar a arte para nada que gere arte por IA.● Se você não receber uma mensagem direta minha dentro de uma semana, sua comissão foi recusada.● Não desenharei nada que não tenha um personagem como foco principal.● As comissões serão feitas apenas no meu estilo de arte e nada além disso.● Recuso comissões com as quais não me sinto confortável.● Você pode pedir atualizações, mas não me apresse.● O tempo de espera é de 1 a 2 meses ou mais, dependendo da lista de espera e de quão ocupada eu estiver.● Você NÃO pode editar a arte comissionada, reivindicar a arte como sua ou enviá-la para qualquer coisa que gere arte por IA.● Se eu não me sentir confortável com a forma como minha arte está sendo usada ou se as regras mencionadas acima não forem seguidas, tenho o direito de revogar sua permissão para usar a arte. Se isso acontecer, você será reembolsado com base no tempo em que usou a arte e na gravidade da situação, assim como no tempo em que o cliente se beneficiou da(s) arte(s).

TAXA DE SERVIÇO : Alterações podem ser feitas após o processo de pintura e renderização. Depois disso, você pagará uma taxa adicional de $25.PAGAMENTO :
● Apenas PayPal.● Começarei o pedido após o pagamento integral (100%).● Se o pedido for cancelado, você receberá apenas 50% do reembolso caso eu já tenha iniciado o rascunho.● Se eu precisar cancelar a comissão, você receberá o reembolso total.
